balance work & family
As mothers step back into work after taking time off (either a little or a lot), they often struggle to schedule their days with a balance of what satisfies them and what needs to get done in relationship to their families and their work, and they are often expected to do just as much as before they had children. Mom's often find that they simply cannot do both to a degree that makes them happy, and often times opt out of the workforce entirely if they have the ability to do so.
That's where we come in...
Through our WiT Workshop process, moms can envision, plan and execute realistic back-to-work schedules that best meet their own and their families needs. They can determine what support they need, how to schedule their day for optimum output, how to work within their team to be productive, and how to negotiate conflict in relationship to their needs and values.

retain valuable employees
Are you an employer who seeks to retain the valuable people who are getting ready to go or are currently on maternity & family leave? Do you find that some of your employees don't return from those leaves? If so, we have a program that might be right for you. WMR will be working with a limited number of organizations in 2018 to deliver programming for groups of moms (or dads) who are currently on leave. Each organizations' group will be led through community building processes designed to develop connections with other parents at the same organization, as well as an individual plan for a realistic and balanced return to work. WMR will work in conjunction with corporate leaders and People Resource Centers to successfully support new parents as they navigate their way back to successful work.
If you have interest in partnering with WMR's pilot program, please fill out the form below and we will contact you!
“A brilliant mix of everything a mom needs to assess what work means to her at any point in her mothering journey. The WIT Expedition Guide provides tangible tools, a structure for carving out time and the insight and support that only a group of other moms can provide. Whether you are considering going back to work when your kids enter school, are re-evaluating being at work when your kids hit the critical teen years or life circumstance are forcing you to reshape your life – you will no doubt find the tools and support you need to walk through this important journey with strength and grace. ”

“Nothing changes our status in the world quicker than becoming a parent. no matter what your job title was before, a child changes it to mom. Even when fully prepared, the experience can create a confusion and a loss of identity. Working Mother’s Revolution understand this. They know that in order to be an effective parent, there first has to be a reconnection with the true self. It is only from the this place of fullness and intense self-care that a mother can project her parenting best! The Wit Kit provides opportunity for both self-reflection and a shared connection with others, a great combination. I have seen first hand the benefits gained by parents using this program and can whole-heartedly recommend the Wit Kit as a great first step toward discovery and fulfillment. Understanding personal purpose not only improves the individual, it improve the family!”

“I am completely impressed with Working Mothers Revolution. They have developed a totally unique program that is thoughtful in its approach to assisting mothers who want to return to work yet don’t know where to start. Their WiT Kit is a benefit not only to the mothers that they serve, but also to the companies that will employ them. From an employer standpoint, knowing that your employee is truly prepared to return to work equals more focused and effective results.”
