the revolution is at hand
We believe that the tide is turning, the world is shifting, and what's been accepted as "normal" is no longer our norm. We believe that NOW is the time for women to step into the power that has been within them since the beginning. Part of stepping into that power is to take control of how we see ourselves - our dreams, our needs, our abilities and even our shortcomings, With the help of their individual tribes and the 4 C's, women can then step into their true power and create lasting change for themselves and their communities.
Wmr for wme
be the light you want to see in the world
As part of our effort to support ALL women in life's transitions - for each WiT Workshop (workbook or e-book) purchased by any individual or corporation, WMR will DONATE curriculum to WME in their efforts to work with women at risk.
a commitment to the 4 c's
Our cornerstone values drive everything we do at WMR. They are the key to how we approach our work and our lives.
Clarity: When you have clarity of where you are now and where you want to go, you are better able to find your way there.
Connection(s): Connect to yourself in a real and authentic way - to the you that is given attention and the you that has been ignored.
Connect to your community to support you in the ways that you need; to pick you up when you fall, to laugh with you, and to celebrate with you when victory is in sight! Then reciprocate to strengthen the bond.
Community: Create your community through Collective Intelligence – a powerful shared group intelligence and wisdom that emerges from the collaboration of many individuals. This group can reflect for you what you cannot see; they can brainstorm with you what you cannot think of; they can hold for you what you cannot bear on your own.
Courage: Identify your personal fears and determine what lies beneath them in order to move past them, live your best work life, and be authentic to your true self.
